Sanitary Fitting All soil pipes and water pipes of P.V.C. of Swastik/Finolex (ISI Mark) in schedule 80 grade. Electrical All internal wiring will be Concealed with copper wires of Anchor/Finolex/Havel’s.
T.V. Cable All rooms will be provided with one Television connection point. Telephone Point All rooms will be provided with one Telephone connection point.
Power Supply Internal wiring will be provided to all the units for 4-5 KVA load with a provision of separate meter for DG Set power consumption. Power Back-up All units will be provided with Power backup meter. Power backup up to 500 Watts and one A. C. up to 1.5 tonnes for each unit and street lights and lifts in the residential buildings.
