Current Status

On the proposed land, we have a very systematic plan for the construction of Blocks and amenities. On the proposed land, only 9 Blocks are being constructed in which we have 4BHK-1 Block, 3BHK- 6 Blocks & 2BHK & 3BHK Combined – 2 Blocks. In addition to this, we have a number of amenities with a view to give feeling of a complete township to all the residents. The details of the amenities has been posted in this website.

Out of the 9 towers, the structure and brick work is in completion stage for 5 towers. The 4BHK tower construction has been started.

The planning for the constructions has been done in such a way that available green/open land will not be less than 60% of the total land.
